Milton Erickson held a series of Teaching Seminars in Phoenix in the 1970s, and many people include myself learnt from their experiences and I have decided to follow that tradition. Where Erickson was a consummate teacher, I am better able to create an opportunity for learning to happen.
I continue to look forward to the experience of sitting for several consecutive days with a group of interested people – interested to explore their own learning, their own skills, to begin to learn the experience of the solution oriented approach, and immerse themselves in the mood of this work, interested to consolidate what they have already learnt, interested to extend this.
The seminar will be limited to 12 participants, so there will be a lot of flexibility to design personal work, to meet particular individual’s needs, to practice further in a safe environment, to meet and learn with and from others doing similar yet different work, and to reflect … such a rare and delightful opportunity.
