After initial qualifications in accounting disciplines, Justin worked in a variety of sales and commercial roles with a number of multi national companies. Justin now focuses on coaching and training teams and individuals within organisations using a solutions orientation.
 
This includes: executive coaching, executive skills based coaching, bid management, leadership development, presentation skills programs, negotiation skills programs, selling skills programs, team development and facilitation.
 
Justin has an Advanced Diploma in Solutions Orientated Coaching, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania. He is also qualified to administer the Strength Deployment Inventory®, and has is also certified to administer the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT®).

Based in Melbourne, Justin is proud of his native Tasmania, where he regularly consults and trains when he’s not at home with his wife and three children.
